Cancellation Policy
To confirm the reservation, a deposit is required. The remaining balance of the total booking fee must be paid in full on the day of arrival. In case of early departure, no refunds (partial or full) can be issued.
- Reservations are accepted with a 50% deposit of the total accommodation fee
- If canceled 21 days before arrival, 100% of the deposit will be refunded
- If canceled 14 days before arrival, 50% of the deposit will be refunded
- If canceled 7 days before arrival, the deposit is non-refundable
- No refunds are provided for a reduction in the number of guests after booking
