Welcome to Zsuzsanna Guesthouse!

Please read our House Rules carefully and ensure compliance during your stay.

Only guests who accept and adhere to the rules outlined in this document may stay at the guesthouse. Only registered guests are allowed on the premises.

Visitors and additional guests are not permitted.

ACCOMMODATION

Check-in: from 14:00 (2:00 PM) on the day of arrival. Check-out: by 10:00 (10:00 AM) on the day of departure.

The guesthouse is cleaned between these times.

Please observe quiet hours between 22:00 (10:00 PM) and 07:00 (7:00 AM)

Please, avoid disturbing other guests.

SMOKING

Smoking and the use of incense are not permitted inside the building. Please restrict smoking to outdoor areas.

Any associated costs will be the guest's responsibility.

FIRE, BARBECUE

Fires may only be made at the designated fire pit, following all fire safety regulations.

Ensure fire extinguishing materials are available (e.g., two buckets of water) and remove any flammable materials from the area.

Before leaving the fire pit, ensure the fire is completely extinguished.

SECURITY AND CLOSING THE PROPERTY

Certain areas and equipment on the premises may be hazardous if used improperly (e.g., fire pit, stairs). Use them at your own risk.

USE OF FURNITURE AND EQUIPMENT

Please use all furniture and appliances properly.

Indoor furniture and items (tables, chairs, beds, bedding, towels, etc.) must not be taken outside the guesthouse.

CLEANING

Rooms and bathrooms are cleaned and disinfected after checkout.

HEATING

During the heating season, heating is available for an additional fee.

DAMAGES AND LIABILITY

Guests are financially responsible for any damages resulting from improper use of the guesthouse or violations of the house rules.

The accommodation provider is not responsible for guests' personal belongings.

If an item breaks or malfunctions due to reasons beyond your control, please inform the host immediately to prevent further damage.

Any damage caused to the guesthouse must be paid for on-site immediately by the responsible guest or, in the case of minors, by their legal guardian.

The guesthouse property extends only to the fenced area. Areas beyond the fence are private property—please respect this boundary.
